Overview: Responsible for creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
for structural components specific to offshore and marine environments. This
role requires expertise in interpreting complex engineering designs and
ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and
project-specific requirements for these highly specialized industries.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Qualification: DIPLOMA/ITI IN MECHANICAL/MARINE ENGINEERING
Key Responsibilities:

Develop
detailed shop and fabrication drawings with marine and oil & gas
applications, such as offshore platforms, rigs, vessels, and related
infrastructure.

Collaborate
with engineers, naval architects, and project managers to ensure designs align
with project objectives and industry-specific requirements.
·
Review and
interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
tailored to the Marine and Off-shore sector.
·
Coordinate
with fabricators, welders, and construction teams to address technical
challenges and ensure accurate implementation.
·
Ensure all
drawings comply with applicable industry standards and other marine/offshore
codes.
·
Utilize
advanced CAD and 3D modelling software (CAD (2D&3D), NAVIS WORKS, RHINO) to
create precise detailing.
·
Conduct
quality checks to verify drawing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to
project specifications.
·
Provide
mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to maintain
high-quality deliverables.
·
Stay updated on technological advancements and best
practices in the Marine and Off-shore industries.
Qualifications and

experience in structural detailing, with a focus on Marine and Off-shore
projects.

Proficiency in
industry-specific detailing software and tools.
