Experience: 10-12 years UAE experience 

Qualification: Graduation in any stream 

Note: UAE driving license mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• To work with the Business Development Unit to write high quality, cohesive and compelling tenders and bid documents.

 • To work to a structured timetable to deliver tender and bid documents for editing and final approval within deadlines.

• To produce work to set targets, in line with the Business Plan, regarding bid submissions, success rates and win values.

• Take the lead on coordination of appropriate funding applications and bids, ensuring members of the Bid Team have clear tasks and responsibilities and are able to meet set deadlines and targets. 

• Undertake market research and analysis, to keep abreast of emerging trends in the development of new service delivery models and possible new business opportunities. 

• Keep up to date with change in policy and wider developments within relevant sectors and support strategic development of business development plans

• Direct line management responsibility for Trainees/Business Development Officers, supporting development through mentoring/coaching and monitoring performance against objectives

• Undertake analysis to ensure understanding of potential clients, competitors and commissioners to help support the continuous development of the bid strategy and the quality of bid submissions.

• Scheduling meetings and events and representing OTS at external meetings as required.
