The Senior
Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment and deployment of highly
skilled engineering professionals for internal (In-house) and also external
(Deputation) with client projects in the sector of Off-shore & Marine (Oil
& Gas domain). This role focuses on managing the entire life-cycle of
recruitment lifecycle ensuring seamless coordination within the company, employees, and hiring managers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Talent
Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and
attract potential candidates for in-house (Internal) & deputation/secondment
roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job
portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments (with hiring
managers), and interviews to ensure the best talent selection.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates
in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to meet urgent
project staffing needs.
Collaboration & Workforce Management:
- Coordinate with Department Heads & Hiring Managers to
understand project requirements, skill needs, and contract terms.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of deputed
employees to and from client projects.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding, including documentation,
compliance checks, visa/work permits (if applicable), and induction.
- Act as a liaison between the company, deputed employees, and
clients to address any concerns related to assignments, extensions, or
role transitions.
Client &
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers,
understanding their workforce requirements and providing tailored
recruitment solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients for feedback on deputed personnel
and address any performance or contractual concerns.
Key Skills
& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Engineering, or a related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruitment & Talent
Acquisition
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication
skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Relevant Exposure of technical
recruitment, deputation, or secondment services within the Oil & Gas, EPC,
or engineering consultancy industry will be an added advantage.
