IT Administrator

Qualification:

·        Degree or Diploma/Graduate or above with relevant Certifications

·        Minimum 2 to 3 Yrs of experience 3 to 5 years of proven experience as IT admin or similar role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Update, maintain & manage the inventory list/ configuration documents, warranty, subscription, user allocations on the server etc.

Address hardware, operating system & software/firmware issues.

Ensure availability and acquisition of all IT related assets and software as required.

Take all responsibility related to IT

Identify the Suitable products for our operation and identify vendor, quotes/estimations and effectively support the procurement and purchase.

Skills

·        Must have hands on experience of managing Firewalls & UTM Solutions.

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills

·        Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 operating system management skills.

·        Server & Storage management.

·        Experience in managing firewall / UTM solutions.

·        Good knowledge of networking, switch, VPN and Wi-Fi router configuration
