DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: -
1.
M-Tech, B-Tech, Diploma in Mechanical / Marine /
Offshore / Piping Engineering or related field.
2. Above
8 years of relevant experience in:
• 3D piping modelling for marine, offshore, or oil &
gas projects
• Preparation of piping documentation and deliverables for fabrication and
installation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1.
Technical Expertise: -
·
Strong knowledge of the Marine and Offshore Industry
·
Proficiency in material standards and specifications
·
Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and
Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and material specifications
·
Expertise in Site Survey
·
Perform 3D modeling of piping systems for marine
vessels, onshore and offshore rigs, platforms, etc.
·
Extract and develop:
o General
Arrangement (GA) drawings
o Isometric
drawings with Material Take-Off (MTO) for production
·
Prepare:
o Line-wise
piping MTOs from 3D models
o Valve
and Special Items MTOs from P&IDs
2.
Engineering & Design Responsibilities: -
·
Proposal and calculation preparation
·
Preparation of P&IDs and engineering calculations
·
Responsible for drawing quality checks
·
Ensure all design deliverables are reviewed, accurate,
and issued on time.
3.
Collaboration & Communication
·
Client and classification society communication
·
Collaborate with designers, modelers, and
multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project
deliverable.

5. General
·

DESIRED SKILLS: -
1.
Proficiency
in CADMATIC, E3D, NAVISWORKS, and similar 3D Modelling tools.
2.
Experience in interpreting and modeling piping systems
from P&IDs.
3.
Ability to prepare support drawings and extract
accurate Material Take-Offs (MTOs) from 3D models.
4.
Knowledge of preparing and updating as-built drawings.
5.
Strong understanding of marine and offshore piping
layouts and components.
6.
Familiarity with international piping standards and
marine/offshore terminology.
7.
Good knowledge of piping materials used in marine and
oil & gas applications.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet
project deadlines
